Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer seamstress for Sew Much Comfort. Our garments have been designed with input from the wounded and the medical staff treating them. As we start our 5th year, we now have our instructions set and have a great many volunteer seamstress's who are adapting garments for us. We get many who sign up but never sew, and only about 25% actually become a volunteer seamstress for our charity. We understand what we do is not simple sewing and we require the instructions followed closely. We need to be sure the wounded receive the best quality garments that will withstand the wear and tear. So that we do not waste donated money, we ask that you take a few minutes to open and read the information. We have a sample of our instructions so that you can decide if this is something you may want to do.

Sew Much Comfort is not only dependent on seamstresses but also volunteers who give monetary donations -- just $25.00 can provide adaptive clothing to one wounded service member! Send in New clothing from our list of acceptable clothing, hold clothing drive or have a fundraiser.
